The Shoreham, the first luxury rental tower completed at Lakeshore East on the emerging New East Side, was named winner of the 2006 Property Excellence Award, the highest honor presented by the Chicagoland Apartment Association.
At the 14th annual Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards ceremony at the Chicago Hilton and Towers, The Shoreham added the Property Excellence Award to seven other CAMME awards it received in 2005. Those awards were for The Shoreham’s leasing center, brochure and direct mail programs and four design awards for furnished display models.
CAMME awards recognize owners and associates who make significant contributions to apartment marketing and management through exemplary achievements.
The Shoreham is a 46-story residential tower offering 548 luxury apartments ranging from studios and convertibles to one- and two- bedrooms of up to 1,300 square feet. It is the first rental property in the 28-acre Lakeshore East community, situated where the Chicago River meets Lake Michigan across the street from instantly world-famous Millennium Park.
