NNP Residential LLC, a leading Chicago-based residential real estate firm, has announced the appointment of Christina Gaylor, 28, as vice president of sales and marketing.
A native of Akron, Ohio and holder of a B.B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, Gaylor most recently held the post of Assistant Community Manager for the Park Millennium, a luxury apartment complex of which NNP was a co-developer. She also served briefly as a marketing manager for Village Green companies in the Chicago and St. Louis regions and held several marketing and management posts with respect to One Superior Place, a luxury apartment complex that NNP co-developed.
Gaylor and her husband, Ryan, live at Lakeshore East, a 28-acre, $4 billion mixed-use development that is rising as downtown Chicago’s newest and most exciting new neighborhood. She is a member of the River North Association and the Chicagoland Apartment Association.
