NNP RESIDENTIAL CAPTURES PRESTIGIOUS IREM LEADERSHIP AWARD

NNP Residential & Development, one of Chicago's most distinguished Residential Development and Management Companies, has been awarded the prestigious Leadership  Award of the Institute of Real Estate Premier Awards.

This is the first year of this award and was presented at The IREM Awards located at the Hard Rock Hotel in Chicago on Feb. 25.  The Premier Award stands for Professional Real Estate Management Information Education & Recognition.  The award recognizes the "Best of the Best" that enhances the reputation of Leadership within the Real Estate Industry.

Prevailing against formidable competition, NNP was cited for its leadership in such diverse areas as industry leadership, training and development practices, level of membership and activity in professional organizations and charitable community service.
